This position is responsible for maintaining front of house operations, to include customer service, answering phones, filing, logging in/out deliveries, invoicing, and quoting customers. We ask that our office staff be dependable, energetic, accurate, and are able to multitask in a fluid environment. Air Dallas is seeking career employees as much of our training is performed on the job at significant cost to the company.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel
- 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in logistics, to include generating packing invoices and shipping/receiving operations
- Experience in data entry and transcription

-accurately quote customers based on up-to-date parts pricing and diagnostic forms submitted by technicians
